Key Account Growth Strategist

In this pivotal role as Key Account Growth Strategist, you'll lead our Customer Success team in driving satisfaction, retention, and growth for our valued customers. Your expertise will be instrumental in developing strategies that elevate customer experience and accelerate the utilization of Choco's capabilities.
Main Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Management: Foster a high-performing team culture by mentoring, leading, and developing Customer Success Managers and Implementation Managers.
- Cross-Functional Impact: Collaborate with product and integrations teams to ensure seamless customer journeys and consistent delivery of value.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build lasting relationships with top-tier customers, serving as a trusted advisor and point of escalation for any issues.
- Performance Metrics & Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) across growth, net revenue retention, and NPS to measure the effectiveness of the Customer Success team.
- Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and implement customer success processes, tools, and methodologies to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or related roles, with at least 2 years in a leadership position.
- Proven track record of driving customer success initiatives and achieving results.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience managing direct reports.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to improve customer success outcomes.
