Key Account Growth Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Growth Strategist to join our team at Screencastify, a leading educational technology company dedicated to improving communication and learning outcomes with video. Our primary focus is on the K-12 education sector as we are critical in helping scale a teacher and improve student outcomes.
Screencastify is used by over 12M people and is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented professional to drive expansion into new verticals outside of K-12 education. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to enter new markets, manage end-to-end sales cycles, and build lasting relationships with key stakeholders.
As a Key Account Growth Strategist, you will work closely with customers, prospects, and internal teams to understand new user needs, gather feedback, and inform product development and enhancements. You will also think like a start-up founder within the company, helping to shape the future of the company as it expands into new verticals.
This is a Chicago-based hybrid position with 3 days a week in the office, offering a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience. We take a data-driven approach to our compensation strategy so all employees are paid competitively and fairly.
The successful candidate will have 5+ years of experience in entrepreneurship, business development, sales, or strategy roles, with a focus on expanding into new verticals or markets. They will also possess a strong track record of selling products to new customer segments, ideally in the B2B SaaS space.
