Drive Growth and Success:
Riverside Insights seeks an ambitious Account Executive to propel our growth and expansion into new markets. As a key member of our team, you will leverage strategic planning, cross-functional collaboration, and data-driven insights to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve or exceed assigned new sales quotas
* Build and maintain high-quality relationships with customers through regular meetings and calls
* Cultivate a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities through targeted outreach and networking strategies
* Analyze win-loss data and optimize sales techniques to enhance close rates quarter-over-quarter
Salary:
$85,000 - $115,000 per year, based on experience and performance.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree with 2-4 years of experience in sales, preferably in a SaaS or B2B environment
* Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
* Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce)
* Exceptional relationship building and negotiation skills and the ability to balance customer satisfaction with revenue objectives
* Strong analytical, time management, and organizational skills
