Job Summary

We are seeking a high-energy, action-oriented individual who is interested in helping build a product and culture that we're proud of for years to come. As the Director of Growth and Expansion, you will lead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies that drive qualified leads and accelerate the sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that drive qualified leads and accelerate the sales pipeline.
  • Oversee the planning, development, and execution of multi-channel campaigns, including digital marketing, content marketing, email marketing, webinars, and industry events.
  • Implement and optimize lead nurturing programs to improve conversion rates, delivering high-quality MQLs (Marketing Qualified Leads) to the sales team.
  • Regularly monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement and maximized ROI.
  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align and orchestrate digital marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.
  • Manage and optimize the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective strategies that align with growth targets.
  • Leverage marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and other tools to enhance lead generation, tracking, and reporting.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or digital marketing, preferably within the B2B SaaS or cybersecurity industry.
  • Demonstrated success in building and scaling marketing teams and strategies on a global level.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a data-driven approach to optimizing marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Expertise in using marketing automation and CRM platforms to drive and measure demand generation initiatives.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly present complex data and strategies to executive leadership.
  • Ability to think strategically while executing tactically, with a focus on driving measurable outcomes.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $175,000 USD to $200,000 USD, plus bonus eligibility and equity. Our benefits include 401k match, health, vision, dental, and more. We prioritize work-life balance and support your well-being inside and outside the office.
