Key Responsibilities:- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, build relationships with key stakeholders, and develop strategic partnerships to drive revenue growth.
- Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for existing partners, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to the organization.
- Market Research: Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities to inform business development strategies.
- Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication channels with internal stakeholders, including the Expansion Coordinator and other team members.
- Performance Metrics: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure business growth and identify areas for improvement.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in sales or customer service roles.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work autonomously and collaboratively, and proficiency in written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Personal Qualities: Passionate about fostering relationships and driving business growth, dedicated to providing exceptional customer service, and willing to travel and work in diverse environments.
