Job Title: HR Operations Specialist

Job Overview: A dynamic mid-sized manufacturing organization is seeking an HR Operations Specialist for a temporary contract role. This position is essential to support the HR team during a colleague's absence. The role requires full onsite presence and operates on a standard schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
  • Identify and escalate complex issues to the HR Manager or appropriate senior personnel.
  • Engage with employees on the production floor to understand their needs.
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Facilitate the complete recruitment process, including reviewing applications, scheduling interviews, and managing offer letters.
  • Assist with HR administrative tasks such as maintaining employee records, preparing onboarding materials, and ensuring documentation is complete.
  • Support the Safety Committee with training initiatives and incident investigations.
  • Contribute to the development and delivery of employee training programs.
  • Provide support to the HR Manager and assist with additional tasks as required.

Position Type: This is a temporary contract role.
