**About the Role**

TikTok is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Operations Coordinator to support our Human Resources Operations team in the US. The HR Operations team at TikTok plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our Human Resources processes.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Accurate data entry and reporting by utilizing a number of HR systems, including Workday.
  • Coordinate high-volume lifecycle operations processes, such as onboarding, offboarding, and job status changes, efficiently and quickly.
  • Complete routine data audits between Workday and other systems to ensure the highest level of data integrity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for Day 1 and new employee orientation.
  • Provide first-level HR operations support to resolve employee and stakeholder inquiries and issues.
  • HR-related projects as assigned in areas of administration, compliance, operations, and employee experience.

**Minimum Qualifications:**

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of HR-related coordination and/or administrative experience working with fast-paced, high-volume, ticketing systems and requests.
  • Resourceful problem solver with a bias towards action that thrives on solving tough challenges.
  • Strong Excel and spreadsheet skills, including the ability to perform VLOOKUPs and pivot tables.
  • Strong PowerPoint/Slide Deck building skills, including the ability to create and communicate professional presentations.
  • Strong written and spoken communication skills, with the ability to articulate problems and solutions thoughtfully and thoroughly.
  • BA/BS degree required.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-sufficient, with the ability to successfully project manage shifting priorities.
  • Familiarity with Canada Lifecycle Operations is a plus.
  • Great teammate, willingness to help where and when needed and go above and beyond.
