Compensation: $26-$28/hour
Role Overview: As an HR Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing the recruitment, training, and engagement of our team members who deliver exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate will possess prior HR experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with management to develop recruitment and staffing strategies.
- Act as the representative of team members in leadership discussions.
- Ensure compliance with all Levy and legal standards, including timely completion of I9 documentation.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
- Assist in workforce planning to enhance capability and performance.
- Facilitate onboarding and orientation training for new hires.
- Lead initiatives focused on employee engagement and retention.
- Support the accurate and timely processing of team member timesheets in the HR system.
- Ensure a welcoming experience for employees during check-in.
- Assist in employee investigations and disciplinary procedures.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date team member information in the HRIS.
- Oversee the timely processing of unemployment claims.
- Ensure completion of mandatory training, such as Preventing Workplace Harassment.
- Support change initiatives and improvement programs.
- Participate in management meetings to aid in governance.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
