Compensation: $26-$28/hour

Role Overview: As an HR Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing the recruitment, training, and engagement of our team members who deliver exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate will possess prior HR experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with management to develop recruitment and staffing strategies.
  • Act as the representative of team members in leadership discussions.
  • Ensure compliance with all Levy and legal standards, including timely completion of I9 documentation.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
  • Assist in workforce planning to enhance capability and performance.
  • Facilitate onboarding and orientation training for new hires.
  • Lead initiatives focused on employee engagement and retention.
  • Support the accurate and timely processing of team member timesheets in the HR system.
  • Ensure a welcoming experience for employees during check-in.
  • Assist in employee investigations and disciplinary procedures.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date team member information in the HRIS.
  • Oversee the timely processing of unemployment claims.
  • Ensure completion of mandatory training, such as Preventing Workplace Harassment.
  • Support change initiatives and improvement programs.
  • Participate in management meetings to aid in governance.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
