Position Overview

Reports to: Store Manager

Sales and Client Engagement

  • Aligns decisions with organizational goals and values.
  • Collaborates with management to devise personalized sales and client engagement strategies.
  • Addresses customer needs with innovative and proactive solutions.
  • Establishes credibility as a personal fashion advisor by staying informed on market trends.
  • Monitors local market dynamics that may influence business performance and aids in executing sales strategies.
  • Creates positive customer experiences by presenting oneself in a manner consistent with the brand's style guidelines.
  • Exemplifies the brand's selling and service standards consistently.
  • Influences purchasing decisions through a balanced approach of patience and assertiveness.
  • Takes ownership of results, remaining aware of personal and store performance metrics.
  • Adapts personal selling techniques to enhance overall store performance.
  • Demonstrates effective service skills, providing friendly and genuine interactions.
  • Discusses product features and promotes additional items tailored to customer needs.

Operational Responsibilities

  • Completes daily operational tasks, ensuring store maintenance aligns with brand standards.
  • Adheres to all retail policies and procedures, including loss prevention protocols.
  • Utilizes company tools and technology to enhance client engagement and sales efforts.
  • Restocks inventory on the sales floor as required.
  • Processes shipments as necessary.

Qualifications

Experience: 1-3 years of experience in luxury retail preferred, with a solid understanding of fashion trends and market competition.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

Technical Skills: Proficient in cash register systems and basic computer skills, including the use of mobile devices and the internet.

Physical Requirements: Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members. Must be able to navigate the sales floor and stockroom, reach and bend to access products, and lift items as needed.

Schedule: Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet business needs.

Compensation

BASE PAY RANGE: $15.00 to $17.00 per hour.
