Position Overview

Reports to: Store Manager

Sales and Customer Service Responsibilities

Operational Duties

  • Performs daily operational tasks, ensuring store standards are met.
  • Adheres to retail policies and procedures, including loss prevention.
  • Utilizes technology to enhance customer relationships and drive sales.
  • Restocks inventory as required.
  • Processes shipments efficiently.

Qualifications

Experience: 1-3 years of experience in luxury retail preferred, with a strong understanding of fashion trends.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

Technical Skills: Proficient in cash register systems and basic computer skills, including mobile devices.

Physical Requirements: Ability to communicate effectively and navigate the sales floor and stockroom. Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and performing visual merchandising tasks.

Schedule: Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, to meet business needs.

Compensation

Base Pay Range: $15.00 to $17.00 hourly.
