Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Interaction: Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Vehicle Demonstrations: Take customers on test drives and demonstrate the features and benefits of our vehicles.
  • Lead Generation: Follow up with existing and potential customers to generate leads and convert them into sales.
  • Transaction Processing: Complete quotes, process credit applications, and handle transaction paperwork.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions and follow-up efforts.
  • Vehicle Preparation: Prepare sold vehicles for customer delivery, ensuring they understand the vehicle's operating features, warranty, and paperwork.
