Position Overview
Reports to: Store Manager
Sales and Client Engagement Responsibilities
- Aligns personal objectives with organizational goals and values.
- Develops tailored sales and client engagement strategies in collaboration with management.
- Addresses customer needs with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
- Establishes credibility as a fashion advisor by staying informed on market trends.
- Adapts to local market changes that may affect business performance and supports local sales initiatives.
- Creates positive customer experiences by presenting oneself in accordance with the brand's style guidelines.
- Exemplifies Tapestry's sales and service standards consistently.
- Influences purchasing decisions through a balanced approach of patience and assertiveness.

Operational Responsibilities
- Completes daily operational tasks, ensuring the store meets Tapestry's standards.
- Adheres to all retail policies and procedures, including loss prevention protocols.
- Utilizes company tools and technology to enhance client engagement and drive sales.
- Restocks inventory on the sales floor as needed.
- Processes shipments efficiently as required.
Additional Qualifications
Experience: 1-3 years of experience in luxury retail preferred, with a strong understanding of fashion trends and market competition.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
Technical Skills: Proficient in cash register systems and basic computer skills, including mobile POS systems.
Physical Requirements: Ability to communicate effectively and move throughout the sales floor and stockroom. Must be able to lift and carry items up to 50 pounds.
Schedule: Flexible availability required to meet business needs, including evenings and weekends.

Compensation
Base Pay Range: $15.00 to $17.00 hourly.
