About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate with customers to determine their aftermarket product needs
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge and enthusiasm for the vehicles, products, and services offered
  • Maintain customer information in our customer relationship management system
  • Coordinate with vendors for installation of products
  • Educate customers on the function and use of products purchased
  • Ensure every customer is completely satisfied with all products
  • Demonstrate a comprehensive knowledge of all aftermarket products offered
  • Maintain quality relationships with customers, team members, and vendors
Requirements
  • Strong communications skills
  • High energy and exceptional organizational skills
  • Self-starter with a willingness to learn and adapt
  • Sales and customer service experience preferred but not required
  • Microsoft Office knowledge (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Outgoing personality with expertise in developing relationships
  • Driven, competitive, and willing to work in a team environment
  • Authorized to work in the USA
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment background check, driver's license check, and drug test
