As a Tax Senior Associate, you will be responsible for providing tax consulting services to our clients, including preparation and review of corporate and partnership tax returns, financial statements, and supporting work papers.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Preparation and review of corporate and partnership tax returns, including research and analysis of complex tax issues.
  • Preparation and review of compiled, reviewed, and audited financial statements and supporting work papers for various size corporations.
  • Research and analysis of complex tax and GAAP-related issues, including communication with tax authorities.
  • Supervision and review of work of entry-level associates, including communication with clients regarding business, accounting, and tax-related issues.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited school.
  • CPA license or working toward the CPA designation.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to work with others in a fast-paced environment.
