Position Summary
We are on the lookout for a dynamic and experienced professional in Business Development, specializing in solution-oriented sales strategies. Our organization thrives on core principles of integrity, trust, and diligence, which have been pivotal in our ongoing growth and expansion.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive new client acquisition and foster profitable growth to meet company revenue and margin objectives.
- Effectively present and advocate for our logistics services and solutions to targeted clients across defined markets.
- Develop a systematic outreach strategy to engage potential clients through various sales techniques, including cold calling, networking, and in-person meetings, to cultivate positive relationships and drive revenue growth.
- Conduct data analysis to identify new business opportunities and enhance revenue streams with both existing and prospective clients.
- Utilize internal CRM systems to manage and track customer interactions, prospects, and sales opportunities.

Work Environment
This position is fully remote, with opportunities for occasional visits to our headquarters or other operational sites. The role requires a minimum of 20% travel, depending on client needs and industry events.

Qualifications
- A background in third-party logistics, international freight forwarding, or related fields is highly desirable.
- Proven experience in solution and enterprise sales with a proactive approach to building a client portfolio.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and identify business opportunities.
- A customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service and performance.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- A Bachelor’s Degree is preferred, along with a minimum of 2 years of business-to-business sales experience.
