Responsibilities

  • Develop lasting relationships and create loyal customers.
  • Guide customers in selecting vehicles by asking insightful questions and attentively listening to their needs.
  • Become a product expert, understanding all features, optional packages, and the latest technologies.
  • Conduct professional and engaging demonstrations of both new and pre-owned vehicles.
  • Achieve high performance with internet leads and incoming inquiries.
  • Follow up with customers to encourage referral business.
  • Learn to effectively address objections and excel in sales scenarios.
  • Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding goals, planned activities, and performance reviews.
  • Bring a positive attitude and your best effort every day.

Qualifications

  • Sales experience is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
  • Eager to learn about new product offerings.
  • Excellent communication skills with customers.
  • Professional appearance and grooming.
  • Clean driving record.
  • Willingness to undergo a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
