Job Overview

Nucar Northern New England is seeking a seasoned Ford Sales Manager to lead our sales team to success. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced professionals to take their careers to the next level in a dynamic and growing dealership group.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and monitor the performance of sales employees to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Supervise salespeople to enhance the dealership's image and customer satisfaction ratings.
  • Monitor and analyze salespeople's performances to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase closing percentages.
  • Collaborate with the business manager to structure deals that maximize revenue.
  • Communicate with sales managers and salespeople to ensure understanding and adherence to dealership policies and procedures.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals and objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date on incoming inventory, features, and accessories to provide customers with the best possible experience.
  • Conduct daily sales meetings and training sessions to ensure sales team is equipped to succeed.
  • Review and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales processes.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws governing retail auto sales.
