Key Responsibilities:

  • Sell and lease new and used vehicles to customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, consistently achieving or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales goals
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our products and services, including features, benefits, and pricing
  • Work closely with colleagues to achieve sales team goals and objectives
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license
  • Acceptable driving record
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to quickly learn and remember federal, state, and local laws governing retail auto sales
  • Ability to understand equity and values, as well as explain depreciation to customers
  • Sales ability
