Sales Director for Public Sector Expansion

WalkMe's mission is to empower business leaders to unlock the full potential of their digital assets. As a Sales Director for Public Sector Expansion, you will be responsible for building and leading a team that drives revenue growth in this critical market.

About the Role

You will oversee the development of a strategic plan to capture the enormous market opportunity in Public Sector, identifying key accounts and developing relationships with senior executives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • SLED team revenue (ARR) performance
  • Senior management reporting
  • Hire, lead, and retain a sales team
  • A strategy for growing SLED accounts
  • GTM strategy for SLED

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of tech sales experience as an individual contributor, with at least 5 years of sales management
  • Track record selling enterprise solutions to U.S. SLED accounts
  • Strong existing relationships in the territory
  • Direct interaction with customers, partners, influencers and WalkMe's leadership
  • Experience with SLED contracting/procurement and selling through VARs (i.e. Carahsoft, SHI, CDW, etc)
  • Experience building demand in a new category of technology

The estimated salary range for this role is between $150,000-185,000, based on industry standards and the company's compensation structure.
