About our Role

We seek an experienced sales leader to establish and lead the SLED team from inception. This strategic position will drive revenue growth by developing and executing a comprehensive go-to-market strategy for WalkMe's offerings in the Public Sector market.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive team performance to achieve SLED revenue targets
  • Develop and maintain senior-level relationships within Public Sector organizations
  • Hire, lead, and retain a high-performing sales team
  • Create and execute a winning GTM strategy for SLED accounts
  • Build strong connections with customers, partners, influencers, and WalkMe's leadership team

What We're Looking For:

  • A seasoned sales professional with at least 10 years of experience in tech sales, including 5+ years of sales management experience
  • Demonstrated success selling enterprise solutions to U.S. SLED accounts, with a strong track record of growth
  • Established relationships within the target territory, with direct interaction with customers and partners
  • Experience navigating SLED contracting and procurement processes, as well as selling through VARs (e.g., Carahsoft, SHI, CDW)
  • A proven ability to build demand in new categories of technology
