About the Role

We are seeking a Cloud Public Sector Partnership Manager to join our team at Menlo Ventures Management, L.P. in Washington, D.C. This is a full-time position based in our office with a hybrid work schedule.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and manage partnerships with MEGA 5 contractors and other integrators and Value-Added Resellers (VARS) delivering eDiscovery capabilities within Public Sector.
  • Work with our Master Distributor in Public Sector to access contracts and resellers.
  • Review and refine partnerships to ensure Everlaw can respond to opportunities ranging from small-business set-asides to complex services-oriented requirements.
  • Analyze opportunities early in the process and recommend partners well-suited to win based on knowledge, certifications, socioeconomic status, contracts held, and current business.
  • Set up and conduct regular meetings with support leads to surface and address tactical questions and issues.
  • Deploy and monitor training and certification plans for partner personnel, including feature releases.
Requirements:
  • At least 7 years experience working as a Channel Manager or within Public Sector Partner ecosystem managing relationships between OEMs and Integrators, Distributors, VARs, and/or ecosystem partners.
  • Detailed knowledge of Federal/Public Sector marketplace, including major players, contracts, acquisition rules, and teaming/partnering processes.
  • Initiative and organizational skills, including ability to make progress on multiple workstreams.
  • Passion for delivering excellent support and helping others.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Solid technical chops understanding key Public Sector SaaS standards (e.g., FedRAMP/StateRAMP, FISMA, CJIS, ITAR).
Pluses:
  • Experience managing Public Sector channel partnerships, particularly those with complex interests, with a solid understanding of Public Sector dynamics.
  • Knowledge of ediscovery market, including major software platforms, service providers, and clients.
  • Experience working at SaaS software and/or services provider, preferably in client-facing role.
