Strategic Public Sector Marketing Professional

Overview
Dynatrace, a leading software intelligence company, is seeking an experienced Field Marketing Manager – Public Sector to join its North America field marketing organization. This role requires a deep understanding of metrics and data to inform the building and execution of public sector campaigns, programs, and events.
This individual will work closely with Federal, State, and Local sales teams on regional campaign ideation, strategizing, planning, and execution. The ideal candidate has a results-driven mindset with a proven ability to maintain successful relationships with sales and translate campaign messages to Public Sector vertical messaging that aligns to the sales pipeline goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Champion the activation of global demand generation programs within the local region to uncover new pockets of interest within target accounts.
- Balance out-of-the-box thinking with proven best practices to plan and execute a set of account-based marketing programs that move identified opportunities forward to close.
- Own development and successful execution of targeted marketing programs that include but are not limited to events, webinars, demand campaigns/nurture programs, digital advertising, social media, etc.
- Deep knowledge of measurement and analytics understanding how activity and performance are measured and reported, and how to generate plans based on the metrics
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience required.
- Experience in Public Sector marketing is highly desirable.
- 5-7+ years experience in executing integrated campaigns across multiple marketing tactics and platforms across new logo account base preferred.
- Familiarity with systems such as Asana, Zip, Netsuite, Salesforce and Power BI is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to dive deep into metrics and reporting.

This full-time position offers competitive compensation ranging from $76,000 to $90,000 annually, plus health, dental, life, STD, LTD, 401(k), PTO benefits.
