Public Sector Account Manager

Estimated Salary: $150,000 - $220,000 per year.
Cisco is seeking a talented Public Sector Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies for customer portfolios, including customer engagement, risk identification & mitigation, product adoption, customer expansions, and product upgrades.
The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience working with federal accounts or product offerings and must hold U.S. citizenship. You will also need to be able to drive seamless onboarding processes and work cross-functionally with our support and services team to proactively lead successful deployments.
You will collaborate with multiple internal & customer stakeholders to identify opportunities, address challenging situations, support customers through incident response situations, and influence decision-makers across multiple business units by strategically asking discovery questions and deliver solutions that work for the customer.
The skills you have:
- Strong understanding of public sector requirements and regulations
- Ability to effectively communicate and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Proven track record of delivering consultative sessions, interactive technical presentations, and quarterly business reviews (QBRs)
- Familiarity with Duo Security products and services
