**Job Summary:**

Cobalt Truck Equipment is seeking a skilled Commercial Territory Representative to join our team. This individual will be responsible for identifying, nurturing, and managing high-volume accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Assist customers in forecasting and planning for future purchases.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales data.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales volume and gross margin with active accounts.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Ability to acquire Class B CDL within 3 months of hire.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

What We Offer:

A competitive salary of $42,000 base plus commission, with the potential to earn up to $125,000 total per year.

This is a full-time position with a guaranteed 50% travel requirement.
