We are seeking a highly skilled Account Executive to join our team at GoPro Interiors Inc.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for generating sales leads, developing new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with customers. You will work closely with suppliers, architects, designers, and contractors to select flooring and countertop products that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Generate sales leads and develop new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach efforts.

  2. Collaborate with suppliers and clients to select products that meet budget and project requirements, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality installation.

  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with general contractors, architects, end users, and key decision-makers, providing exceptional customer service and support throughout the project lifecycle.

  4. Quoting and contract management, including submitting accurate pricing quotes and ensuring contract terms align with company standards, ensuring smooth project execution.

  5. Project coordination, including overseeing all aspects of project execution, from RFIs to close-out documentation, ensuring quality installation and meeting customer expectations.

  6. Quality control and site management, ensuring quality installation and managing any project changes, resolving issues promptly and professionally.

Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Proven experience in sales-related roles, such as Account Executive, Account Manager, Territory Manager, Business Development, or Sales Representative in industries like building, construction, commercial floor installation, or a related field
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel up to 35% for client meetings and industry trade shows
  • Technical skills, including ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical specifications, and project documents
  • Sales track record, demonstrated success in B2B sales, ideally in flooring, construction, or related industries
  • Mathematical proficiency, strong math skills to calculate figures such as discounts, interest, and project volume
