Job Summary

Specialty Dental Brands is seeking a seasoned leader to oversee the operations of its practices. As a key member of our leadership team, the Senior Director, Operations will provide strategic guidance and support to ensure the success of our offices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee multiple offices within the group, driving operational excellence and growth through effective management and strategic planning.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to Office Managers and Specialty Teams to achieve their operational goals and objectives.
  • Partner with Office Managers to manage patient schedule utilization, staff productivity, collections, and operations expenses, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Build strong relationships with partner doctors, Office Managers, and Specialty Teams at the office level, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
  • Conduct regular meetings with Office Managers and Specialty Teams to review key performance indicators and strategic initiatives, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Monitor revenue, collections, and costs to ensure proper management and growth, making informed decisions based on data analysis and organizational resources.
  • Make informed operational decisions based on data analysis and organizational resources, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Recruit, develop, and retain top talent through training, coaching, and setting clear expectations, ensuring a high-performing team.
  • Execute operational best practices, ensuring compliance with internal policies, regulations, and industry standards, maintaining a high level of quality and excellence.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
  • Minimum of five years of management experience in multi-unit industries, with a proven track record of driving operational excellence and growth.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with advanced skills in data analysis and reporting.
  • Strong skills in fostering working relationships, with the ability to build strong relationships with partner doctors, Office Managers, and Specialty Teams.
  • Ability to travel within assigned regions, with a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
