  • We partner with operations leadership to ensure seamless operations.
  • We evaluate current processes, technologies, and workflows to identify areas for improvement.
  • We develop and implement strategies to increase operational efficiency and scalability.
  • We define key metrics, targets, and measurements to manage day-to-day business operations.
  • We partner with business analytics teams to produce timely reporting and analytics.
  • We create and manage financial plans, including forecasting and tracking performance.
  • We develop and maintain staff capacity plans for all Platform Operations functions.
  • We collaborate cross-functionally with other teams to drive operational excellence.
  • We evaluate, procure, and manage technology stack to support operations teams.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to drive business growth.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency and scalability.
  • Partner with business analytics teams to produce timely reporting and analytics.
  • Develop and manage financial plans, including forecasting and tracking performance.
  • Collaborate with operations leadership to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements
  • 7+ years' experience in payments operations, customer/partner support, project management, operations consulting, process improvement, and technology implementations.
  • Previous experience in a Payments environment strongly preferred.
  • Expertise in project management, including designing, implementing, and managing projects.
  • Change management experience - demonstrating the value, creating trust, and achieving adoption.
  • Experience in organizing, influencing, and directing multiple teams and departments.
  • Ability to draw insights from unorganized information and help drive process improvements.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Self-starter, motivated by achieving measuring and goals within the team setting.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce, HubSpot, Jira, Asana, Zendesk, MS Office Suite.
  • Bachelor's degree in business (or related field).
