Key Responsibilities

  • Policy Management: Assist clients with modifications to their policies, billing inquiries, and claims processing to ensure a smooth experience.
  • Insurance Consultation: Provide clients with information on various insurance coverage options, aiding them in making informed choices that suit their needs.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain precise documentation of client interactions, policy information, and claims for compliance and reference.

Qualifications
  • Licensing: Must possess an active Wisconsin Property & Casualty License.
  • Customer Service Skills: Strong focus on customer service with an emphasis on problem-solving and empathy.
