Compensation:

$45,000-$60,000 annually, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage policy transactions by reviewing new business, modifications, and renewals in accordance with established protocols.
  • Review and apply premium payments while reconciling accounts.
  • Accurately fulfill service requests, ensuring timely entry of information into the appropriate systems.
  • Collaborate with underwriting personnel to address coverage inquiries.
  • Respond to inquiries from agents, agent assistants, clients, and third parties regarding policies or billing through various communication channels, ensuring professionalism and accuracy.
  • Maintain productivity and quality standards by working closely with your manager to understand operational processes.

  • Participation in industry-related programs is preferred.
  • Bilingual skills (Spanish, Hmong, etc.) are advantageous.
  • Holds substantial functional and technical knowledge of insurance processing and billing.
  • Minimum of 5 years of office experience, ideally in property and casualty insurance.
