Key Responsibilities

Client Support: Act as a knowledgeable and approachable resource for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.

Policy Management: Assist clients with modifications to their policies, billing inquiries, and claims processing to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Insurance Consultation: Provide clients with insights on insurance coverage options, empowering them to make informed choices that suit their needs and financial situation.

Record Keeping: Ensure accurate documentation of client interactions, policy information, and claims for compliance and future reference.


Qualifications

Licensing: A valid Wisconsin Property & Casualty License is mandatory.

Customer Service Expertise: A strong focus on customer service with excellent problem-solving skills and empathy.

Communication Skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities to effectively engage with clients and colleagues.

Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach to ensuring accuracy in all client interactions.
