About the Role

Xprtas Talent Acquisition is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Business Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving new business sales and growth within the Northeast/New England region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive New Business Sales: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales goals.
  • Grow Existing Customer Accounts: Develop and implement plans to increase sales within existing customer accounts, build strong relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Utilize CRM Tools: Effectively utilize our customer relationship management tool to manage sales activities, track opportunities, and provide accurate sales data.
  • Travel and Representation: Travel within the assigned territory to develop new business opportunities, represent the company at industry conferences and events as necessary.
Requirements
  • Experience: At least 5 years of label or printing sales experience with a proven track record of new and existing customer sales growth.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Skills: Exceptional oral and written communication skills, demonstrated experience in selling techniques, ability to close sales and drive territory sales growth, and proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
