Sales Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at Surface Experts - SW Charlotte & Rock Hill. As a Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and expanding our customer base.
Key Responsibilities- Meet with potential customers daily to discuss their business needs and showcase our services.
- Maintain and expand existing customer relationships by providing exceptional service and support.
- Work closely with our sales team to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics.
- Document sales activities and report on progress regularly.
- 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in a business-to-business (B2B) setting.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Experience working in the property management or construction industry.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and processes.
- Background in sales or business development.
- Competitive base salary and unlimited commission on gross sales.
