About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at Surface Experts - SW Charlotte & Rock Hill. As a Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and expanding our customer base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet with potential customers daily to discuss their business needs and showcase our services.
  • Maintain and expand existing customer relationships by providing exceptional service and support.
  • Work closely with our sales team to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics.
  • Document sales activities and report on progress regularly.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in a business-to-business (B2B) setting.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in the property management or construction industry.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and processes.
  • Background in sales or business development.
