Business to Business Outside Sales Position

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team at RTN. As an Outside Sales Professional, you will be responsible for building relationships with local business owners and promoting our unique advertising solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting and developing new business opportunities
  • Conducting in-person meetings and presentations to showcase our products and services
  • Utilizing strong closing skills to secure new business and meet sales targets
  • Maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity in all interactions with clients and colleagues

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in B2B outside sales
  • Ability to memorize and deliver a compelling sales presentation
  • Strong understanding of technology and its applications
  • Excellent closing and phone skills
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Annual fixed incentive of $52K+
  • Uncapped commissions paid at rates as high as 30%
