Executive Chef

As a key member of our culinary team, the Executive Chef will be responsible for overseeing the quality, consistency, and production of our specialty restaurant kitchen. This individual will lead the team and manage all food-related functions, ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction and maintaining the operating budget.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement menus, purchasing, staffing, and food preparation strategies to meet property standards.
- Lead and motivate the kitchen team to achieve exceptional results, ensuring a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Collaborate with the team to improve guest satisfaction, maintain high-quality food standards, and achieve budgeted goals.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Marriott International standards.
- Develop and train team members to improve results, ensuring they understand expectations and parameters.
- High school diploma or GED; 4 years of experience in the culinary, food and beverage, or related professional area.
- Or 2-year degree from an accredited university in Culinary Arts, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 2 years of experience in the culinary, food and beverage, or related professional area.
