About the Role:
The Regional Sales and Education Manager is a key member of the Fresh team, responsible for driving sales growth and providing education and training to our retail partners in the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve sales goals in the assigned territory, focusing on key accounts such as Sephora, Ulta, and Nordstrom.
- Training and Education: Conduct in-store trainings and workshops for retail partners to enhance their knowledge of our products and services.
- Event Planning: Plan and execute in-store events and promotions to drive sales and increase brand awareness.
- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with retail partners, including store management and personnel.
- Communication: Communicate regularly with the field team to ensure alignment and provide additional training and support opportunities.
Requirements:
- Experience: At least three years of experience in the beauty industry, with a proven track record of sales success.
- Education: College degree preferred, but not required.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and work as part of a team.
- Travel: Must be willing to travel extensively within the territory, with a valid driver's license.

- Competitive Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 USD per year.
