Job Title: Senior Regional Sales Manager

Proficio Inc is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Regional Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base in the Central South region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base in the Central South region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with our sales engineering and business development teams to provide a consultative approach and align our service offerings with clients' needs.

  • Develop and manage a pipeline of new business opportunities, regularly updating sales forecasts and reports using Salesforce.
  • Achieve sales quota goals, drive and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual sales numbers.
  • Deliver web-based and in-person presentations, leveraging thorough knowledge of Proficio's capabilities and sales best practices.
  • Plan and implement sales events to showcase new service offerings while educating partners, current and prospective clients about Proficio.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years' experience in direct sales in the cybersecurity industry (MSSP highly preferred).
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate with C-level executives (CISO, CIO, IT).
  • Technical acumen (ability to discuss security, networking, and software/hardware solutions).
  • Proven track record of exceeding assigned sales quotas and adding new logos.
