Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Enterprise Sales Executive to join our team at Comcast. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion in the Government, Education, and Medical (GEM) sectors, as well as complex enterprise customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new customers and expand existing relationships in designated territories.
  • Design and deliver live sales presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the latest Comcast products and services.
  • Sell Comcast Business Services, exceeding departmental financial and unit targets.
  • Stay up-to-date with the competitive landscape and emerging technologies to position Comcast Business Services effectively in the market.
  • Develop strategic partnerships, plan territory development, and cultivate local partnerships and organizational affiliations.
  • Research and generate new leads through prospecting activities, including cold calling, canvassing, customer referrals, and partner relationships.
  • Promote and position the Comcast brand within the territory.
  • Retain customer base by delivering exceptional customer experiences, maintaining customer relationships, and driving customer retention.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure operational efficiencies and service levels meet and exceed customer expectations.
  • Maintain accurate and quality sales records and prepare sales and activity reports as required.
  • Attend out-of-the-office meetings with customers, demonstrating excellent verbal and written skills, and presenting, persuading, and negotiating effectively.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • 5-7 years of relative work experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Network Design, MAN technologies, and designs, including DSx, OC-x, WDM, Ethernet, Internet Technologies, Functionality & Services, Voice Network Technologies (including VoIP), Data Networking Technologies, Functionality & Services (LAN, MAN, WAN, VPN), Networking Protocols (with an emphasis on Layers 1, 2, & 3), Customer Premise Equipment (voice & data), Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery concepts, and E-rate Contracting Processes and Procedures.
