Role Summary:
The Fleet Leasing Sales Consultant will play a crucial role in identifying and pursuing sales opportunities within a designated territory. This position involves conducting sales outreach and customer engagements with a diverse range of clients, focusing on fulfilling their transportation and financial requirements through comprehensive truck leasing solutions. The consultant will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue by prospecting new business accounts, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and expanding business with current customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively seek out and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients that meet or exceed established sales targets through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach.
- Develop and nurture relationships with leasing clients by serving as a trusted transportation advisor, conducting regular reviews, and managing customer feedback processes.
- Utilize a deep understanding of client business models to propose tailored products, pricing, availability, and credit terms that lead to successful contract agreements.
- Manage the renewal of existing contracts and identify growth opportunities in new markets, industries, or through additional products and services.
- Foster a culture of professionalism and integrity, employing value-based selling techniques in all client interactions.

Qualifications:
- A minimum of five years of executive-level sales experience or a sales support role with exposure to high-level clients, ideally within a service and transportation context.
- Proven expertise in consultative and strategic selling, with experience presenting a range of products and services to senior executives.
- Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the capacity to manage multiple projects effectively.
- Proficiency in various software applications, including Microsoft Office Suite and Sales CRM tools.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- A valid driver’s license is mandatory.
- Willingness to travel as needed and complete all necessary employment requirements, including background checks and drug screenings.
Physical Requirements:
- Regularly required to lift and/or move up to 25 lbs; occasionally up to 50 lbs.
- Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
- While performing the duties of this position, the individual is frequently required to stand, walk, sit, and communicate effectively.
