About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Account Executive to join our team at KYOCERA Document Solutions Inc. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue through the sale of our document solutions products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sell KYOCERA products and services to assigned accounts, achieving monthly sales quotas and maintaining a strong pipeline of prospects.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at major accounts, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular account reviews and strategic planning sessions to identify new business opportunities and drive growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including administration, service, and national accounts, to ensure seamless execution of sales activities and customer support.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity, providing market intelligence and insights to inform sales strategies.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets, while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years' experience selling in the office technology industry, with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Master's Club Sales Category 1 or 2, with a strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics.
  • College degree preferred, but not required.
