Key Responsibilities- Sell KYOCERA products and services to assigned accounts, achieving monthly sales quotas and maintaining a strong pipeline of prospects.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at major accounts, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular account reviews and strategic planning sessions to identify new business opportunities and drive growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including administration, service, and national accounts, to ensure seamless execution of sales activities and customer support.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity, providing market intelligence and insights to inform sales strategies.
- Meet or exceed sales targets, while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
- Minimum 3 years' experience selling in the office technology industry, with a proven track record of success.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Master's Club Sales Category 1 or 2, with a strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics.
- College degree preferred, but not required.
