Job Overview

Havtech LLC is seeking a skilled Sales Growth Specialist to drive sales growth and provide exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of commercial equipment products and solutions, as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop new business opportunities and relationships with customers and prospects.
  • Set and achieve sales targets, including account and territory plans.
  • Provide expert knowledge of Lennox commercial equipment products and solutions to customers and internal teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support overall growth initiatives and ensure an exceptional customer experience.
  • Coach and mentor less experienced team members to enhance sales skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical or business-related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in sales or marketing in the HVAC industry.
  • Strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics, including product demonstration and sales techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships with customers and prospects.
  • Ability to travel within a defined region as required.
Physical Demands

The physical demands of this role include sitting, using hands to finger, handle, or feel, reaching with hands and arms, and talking or hearing. The employee is frequently required to stand and walk, and must regularly lift or move up to 10 pounds and frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds.

Work Environment

The work environment is typically quiet, with minimal noise levels.
