Sales Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Sales Development Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and providing exceptional customer service as a Commercial Equipment Sales Specialist.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new customers and expand existing relationships.
- Master commercial equipment products to provide expert guidance to customers.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
- Manage sales records and CRM data to inform sales strategies.
- Support and mentor team members to drive sales performance.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering or related field preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of sales or marketing experience in the HVAC industry.
- Proven track record of sales success and customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience working with mechanical and commercial service contractors is a plus.
- Ability to travel within the designated region.
- Independent and results-driven work style.
