Business Development Opportunity at Havtech LLC

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Sales Development Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and providing exceptional customer service as a Commercial Equipment Sales Specialist.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new customers and expand existing relationships.
  • Master commercial equipment products to provide expert guidance to customers.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Manage sales records and CRM data to inform sales strategies.
  • Support and mentor team members to drive sales performance.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Science in Engineering or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of sales or marketing experience in the HVAC industry.
  • Proven track record of sales success and customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Prior experience working with mechanical and commercial service contractors is a plus.
  • Ability to travel within the designated region.
  • Independent and results-driven work style.
