We are seeking a driven sales professional to boost sales growth and provide exceptional customer service as a Lennox Sales Specialist. In this role, you will focus on acquiring new customers and nurturing existing relationships to increase sales of Lennox's commercial equipment in the MD, DC & N. VA markets.

  • Develop in-depth knowledge of Lennox Commercial products to guide customers based on their needs and industry regulations.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Regularly create and implement account and territory plans to drive sales growth.
  • Manage project take-off, selection, pricing, and project management to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure post-sale customer satisfaction for potential repeat business and referrals.
  • Maintain accurate sales records in the CRM system.
  • Provide support and mentorship to team members as needed.
  • Collaborate with other Havtech teams to drive overall business growth.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Science in Engineering or Bachelor of Arts Degree in a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of sales or marketing experience in the HVAC industry.
  • Knowledge of product marketing and sales techniques.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Prior experience working with mechanical and commercial service contractors is a plus.
  • Ability to travel within the designated region.
  • Independent and results-driven.
