Key Responsibilities:- Conducting daily data entry for Sales Reports
- Monitoring activity outcomes, sales figures, quotas, and commission structures
- Evaluating and interpreting daily activity results for trends and employee performance
- Facilitating team conference calls
- Coordinating internal and client kickoff meetings
- Maintaining staffing data, including contact lists, identification numbers, staffing levels, and performance evaluations
- Ensuring training materials and pitch book templates are accurate and current
- Overseeing equipment tracking and auditing processes
- Coordinating new employee onboarding, including supplies and office setup
- Organizing and updating network folders
- Experience with CRM systems (Hubspot preferred)
