Position Overview
The Client Services Associate plays a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing client relationships. This position serves as the primary operational and administrative support for our valued client partners.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Account Managers to manage a designated portfolio of enrolled groups, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Act as a liaison between clients and various departments to resolve claims, eligibility, and benefit inquiries, ensuring prompt and effective service delivery.
- Provide timely responses to inquiries regarding claims, benefit payments, and general information, both verbally and in writing.
- Oversee the preparation and distribution of standard reporting packages on a monthly and quarterly basis, along with ad hoc reports as required.
- Facilitate the collection of new group documentation for cross-sold vision groups and process proposals accordingly.
- Manage the renewal process for enrolled dental and vision groups, ensuring all internal paperwork is completed accurately and submitted on time.

Client Interaction
- Serve as the primary contact for client partners and consultants on matters outside of Group Accounts, including eligibility, billing, and accounts receivable.
- Strengthen relationships with existing clients through exceptional service, proactive problem-solving, and diligent follow-up on service issues.

Implementation Support
- Assist in the seamless implementation of new groups and segments, coordinating with internal departments and leading implementation calls as necessary.
- Conduct benefit fairs and enrollment meetings as needed, and update benefit summaries for client partners.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- A minimum of 3 years in the insurance or health benefits sector.
- Current Missouri health insurance license is required.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and familiarity with CRM systems.
