Client Relationship Manager

Job Summary:
Infinite Computer Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Client Relationship Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client concerns and needs, providing timely and effective solutions.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to build and strengthen client relationships, driving long-term partnerships and growth.
- Maintain accurate client records, tracking contract updates and renewals to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales and marketing, to develop and execute strategic marketing plans and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Develop a deep understanding of our products and service offerings to effectively upsell and cross-sell to clients.
- Travel as required to meet with clients and represent Infinite Computer Solutions.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and develop effective solutions.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Strong understanding of business operations and the ability to develop and implement strategic plans.
