Job Overview

About You:

As a Client Relationship Manager at Covene LLC, you will play a pivotal role in engaging with both prospective and existing clients, showcasing the diverse range of products and professional services that Covene has to offer. Your earnings will be supplemented by commissions based on your ability to meet or surpass financial and business objectives. Our compensation structure is designed to reward your achievements, with a flexible base salary.

Beyond standard client interactions, you will be tasked with nurturing relationships with our current manufacturers, distributors, and partner organizations. Additionally, you will seek out new partnership opportunities that align with our strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborating with the marketing team to identify and pursue new clients facing challenges that Covene is uniquely equipped to address.
  • Employing the Covene sales methodology and a consultative approach to understand client needs and align our solutions with their specific business challenges.
  • Articulating the value proposition of Covene's products and services to clients.
  • Working closely with sales engineers to devise tailored solutions for clients.
  • Elevating client relationships to the executive level.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in selling Cisco product lines, particularly in collaboration and Meraki.
  • Exceptional listening skills.
  • A proven history of identifying new opportunities and successfully closing deals.
  • The capability to learn and effectively communicate the value of Cisco products and services to clients.
  • A minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the information technology sector, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Established relationships within mid-sized businesses, especially in leadership and IT roles.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce CRM and Cisco Commerce Workspace.
