Position Title: Client Support Specialist
Department: Customer Relations
Reports To: Customer Relations Manager
Position Summary: We are looking for a personable, detail-oriented, and proactive Client Support Specialist to become a part of our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will excel in delivering outstanding client support, addressing inquiries, and enhancing the overall customer service experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement:
- Address client inquiries through various communication channels in a prompt and courteous manner.
- Provide clients with information regarding products, order updates, and general questions.
- Resolve client complaints by offering suitable solutions and alternatives.
- Order Management:
- Accurately and efficiently process client orders.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure orders are delivered on time.
- Inform clients about their order status and any potential delays.
- Record Keeping and Reporting:
- Maintain precise records of client interactions and transactions.
- Compile and present regular reports on client feedback and service challenges.
- Team Collaboration:
- Work in conjunction with other departments to address client issues and enhance overall satisfaction.
- Engage in team meetings and training sessions to remain informed about products, services, and policies.
- Additional Responsibilities:
- Assist in the formulation and execution of client service policies and procedures.
- Contribute to ongoing improvement initiatives aimed at elevating the client experience.
- Perform other related tasks as directed by the Customer Relations Manager.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Capability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and client service software (e.g., CRM systems).
