  • Utilize technology proficiently, including mastery of RedTail CRM and broker-dealer platforms.
  • Report daily business activities and workflow updates to the Operations Manager.

Primary Duties

● Serve as a liaison between financial advisors and clients, adhering to regulatory guidelines.

● Assist in the opening and maintenance of client accounts.

● Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring the collection of necessary documentation and timely processing of applications.

● Support financial advisors in preparing documentation and correspondence for client meetings.

● Submit and track paperwork to ensure completion of tasks.

● Maintain ongoing client relationships by addressing inquiries and processing requests efficiently.

● Communicate with clients through phone and email interactions.

● Perform various administrative tasks, including managing calls, emails, and client greetings.

● Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

Required: Minimum of 3 years of experience in Financial or Investment Services.

Preferred: Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

Preferred: Direct client interaction experience.

Preferred: Proficiency in Client Management Systems, including Redtail CRM and Microsoft Office.

This position does not involve providing financial or investment advice or managing a personal client portfolio.

Employment Type

Full-time, Monday to Friday, with potential for remote work opportunities.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary commensurate with experience and expertise.

Standard Federal Reserve Bank Holidays observed.

Vacation/PTO: 10 days per year.
