Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering incoming calls and welcoming clients
  • Scheduling appointments with prospective clients
  • Developing and implementing strategies to keep leads engaged, including appointment setting and reminders through phone and email
  • Tracking call metrics and appointment outcomes in the CRM system
  • Assisting in managing the Advisor's calendar for initial meetings
  • Adhering to appointment-setting protocols
  • Communicating confidently about the firm's mission and services
  • Staying informed about upcoming events and marketing initiatives to convert leads
  • Participating in seminars and workshops
  • Updating CRM with detailed notes on interactions and appointments
  • Representing the brand in all client interactions
  • Contributing to marketing ideas and initiatives
  • Performing additional duties as assigned

Compensation:

  • Salary range: $50,000-$60,000 based on experience

Work Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
