Job Overview

TEKsystems is actively looking for individuals with experience in SAP for a Client Support Specialist position.

The Client Support Specialist (CSS) will provide essential assistance to the Sales Team and our Clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish a personal connection with client contacts to comprehend their unique requirements.
  • Process client orders following established protocols.
  • Handle client sample requests in accordance with set procedures.
  • Manage pricing inquiries as per standard operating procedures.
  • Address client complaints following established guidelines.
  • Process all documentation and additional requests from clients as per established protocols.
  • Ensure timely fulfillment of all client requests in accordance with established timelines.
  • Maintain accurate filing of all documents and records.
  • Keep respective sales representatives updated on all client requests and their resolution.
  • Safeguard the confidentiality of client information, sharing it only with authorized personnel.
  • Report all relevant information to the Client Support Manager.
  • Assist in client collections as necessary.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proficient in typing and accurately entering orders into SAP.
  • Familiarity with SAP is essential.
  • Knowledge of Excel is required.
  • Excellent written communication skills for email correspondence.
  • Strong verbal communication skills for responding to client phone inquiries.
  • Able to multitask and prioritize daily operational responsibilities.
  • Basic understanding of Accounts Receivable is beneficial.
  • Willingness to work overtime as needed.
